VAN  TUIL  is a small design studio, on a small island, at the edge of the world.

We create work varied in scale, function and material. From large bespoke installations to limited edition pieces and batch-manufactured furniture and small products.

Our aim is to create objects that are beautiful in form and function, and have a thoughtful connection with where they have come from.

The studio was established by Scott van Tuil in 2015. A graduate of the University of Tasmania (Bachelor of Environmental Design), Scott was born and raised in Tasmania, and this island continues to inspire and influence his work.
